Wise Thoughts creates dynamic local, national and international arts initiatives and deliver services that help address social justice issues for the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, Intersex (LGBTQI+) and Black, Asian & Minority Ethnic (BAME) communities.

A NEW LGBTQI+ befriending service: WISEfriends  launched! – click for more information

WISEfriends our NEW LGBTQI+ befriending service supported by London Community Response Fund and National Lotteries Communities Fund and run by a team of volunteers for members of Wise Thoughts and the wider Haringey community.

WE continue TO OFFER 1-2-1 advice, help and support. Weekly online activity/ zoom Yoga classes are on. We offer a limited and basic food and essential items parcel delivery to local LGBTQI+ people. Online ‘virtual’ LGBTQI+ drop-ins are taking place twice a week, and also for planned participatory artistic sessions, get in touch to join, the drop-ins/activities via zoom. Following the recent advice regarding Coronavirus/ covid-19 impact and guidelines, all Wise Thoughts regular LGBTQI+ drop-ins, #meetups. well-being activities (including Lunchtime Yoga on Wednesdays, Movers and Shakers dance and Yoga on Mondays, Sexual health stall on Wednesdays) have moved online until further notice
