Movers & Shakers – Indian Folk Dance & Yoga
Want to get in shape but don’t want to go to the gym? Want to have fun while you
workout? Then try ‘Movers & Shakers’! Learn Indian folk dance and Asanas (yoga poses) and Meditation through relaxation. Join the experienced facilitators Subodh and Marie-Flore in the discovery of ‘new you’!
‘Movers & Shakers – Dance’ Introduces you to muscle toning and body co-ordination activities and will focus on building skills that improve you physical fitness through Indian folk dance routines.
‘Movers & Shakers – Yoga’ The sessions show you a range of yoga techniques to engage with your body and mind, tone muscles and leads into meditation for mental well being.
Dates: 9, 16, 23, 30 April, 14, 21 May, 4 June 2018. (please note 7 May & 28 May are bank holidays)
7 sessions Movers & Shakers – Dance on Mondays 5 to 6 pm (to be continued)
7 sessions Movers & Shakers – Yoga on Mondays 6 to 7 pm (to be continued)
Loose clothing advised for better movements, please bring your yoga mat or towel.
Fees: £7 for dance / £7 for Yoga – all 7 sessions, advance payment.
