Movers & Shakers – Indian Folk Dance and Yoga
Want to get in shape but don’t want to go to the gym? Want to have fun while you
workout? Then try ‘Movers & Shakers’.
Learn Indian folk dance and join the experienced facilitator Subodh in the discovery of ‘new you’!
Introduces you to muscle toning and body co-ordination activities. You will focus on building skills that improve your physical fitness through Indian folk dance routines.
Movers & Shakers – Dance on Mondays 5.30 to 6.30 pm (No class on the 1st Monday of the month) Loose clothing advised for better movements.
Fees: £3 / £2 (conc.) – all 7 sessions, advance payment.
Mover & Shakers – Yoga on Mondays
A short 6 session course in Iyenger Yoga. LIMITED PLACES pre booking essential. Participants are required to bring their own mats and loose clothing advisable. Every Monday (24th February – 30th March) 6.30pm – 7.30pm
