Feminine Voices: Poetry and Performance – An Intensive   Drama Workshop with Taylor Beidler

6 sessions on each Thursday from 18 Sept  to 23 Oct 2025/ 6 to 7 pm.

This series of drama workshops will focus on the voices of female poets as an

inspiration for performance. Looking at the works of Maya Angelou, Amrita Pritam,

Sarojini Naidu and Sylvia Plath, we’ll respond to these works through a series of

accessible and expansive dramatic exercises to devise a piece of our very own.

Through a combination of exploratory reading and writing exercises along with

script-in-hand rehearsals, this is an opportunity to deepen your dramatic voice

through the voices of writers.
