Yin Yoga for Opening and Releasing – with Sonia Trujillo De-Leon
6 sessions on every Wed from 18 March to 22 April 2026 / 1 to 2 pm.
Freedom Fundamentals: better now (than never)! Is freedom to creativity of the soul, mind and body fundamental to living well and wellbeing?
Yin Yoga is a gentle yet powerful practice that involves holding poses for longer periods to target deep connective tissues. This helps to release tension, improve flexibility, and promote a sense of calm and balance. In these sessions, participants will be guided through a series of fundamental poses designed to open the body and release stored tension.
By focusing on deep, mindful breathing and maintaining each pose for an extended duration, the practice encourages a meditative state that can help free the body and mind.

The Niyamas are five “do’s” for self-discipline: Purity, contentment, austerity, self-study, surrender for internal growth, forming a path to mindfulness and a well-lived life. Ideal for 50+.
