Yoga for Balance’ with Farah Fernandes
6 sessions on each Wednesday from 28th May to 2nd July 2025 / 2 to 3 pm.
Farah will focus on yoga techniques that will help you to develop strength, improve balance, and prevent falls. The six workshops will focus on core activation, leg strength, balancing poses, hip stability, joint care, mindful movement. All are welcome, also ideal for 50+ age group.

Let Farah help you to build your own practices to reduce stress, calm the mind, and improve sleep. These workshops focus on breath work for stress relief, calming poses, restorative yoga, guided meditation, yoga nidra, self-care tips. All are welcome, also ideal for 50+ age group.
