We are delighted to announce our 2026 workshops programme supported by Community Fund – #CommunityLegacies. It is an arts-led development that offers creative opportunities to people (targeting 50+ age group).
WAKEFULLNESS: Self Care and Self Love is the theme for our first series of this year’s workshops. ‘Awakening ME’ – heal, recoup, recover and strengthen the body to increase your physical, spiritual and creative potential.
